Operations Act 1997 (POEO Act) section 66(6). Under the act, the
Environment Protection Licences for the Kurnell Refinery and the
Banksmeadow Terminal require collection of monitoring data. The
following pages provide a summary of that data. Further detailed
data can be obtained by following the links on the relevant pages.
