Caltex is committed to supporting the communities in which we work and live. We undertake a wide range of community activities across Australia, with a particular emphasis on the neighbourhoods around our operating facilities.
We look to build long-term relationships with organisations that share our values and whose objectives and activities are consistent with our corporate vision.
Collectively across our business, we proudly support many organisations, events and programs in local communities, from school libraries to sporting clubs, environmental projects to emergency services and surf life saving. We believe it is important to stay in touch with our neighbours and remain committed to our own backyard.

Fuelling Change
Fuelling Change is Caltex’s employee contributions program that provides our people with an effective way to make a real difference in our community. The program enables our people to make charitable contributions directly from their pay to nominated charity partners. These charity partners include The Cancer Council of Australia, OZ Green, The Smith Family, The Heart Foundation, RSPCA and the Starlight Children’s Foundation. Employee contributions are matched by Caltex, effectively doubling the value to Fuelling Change partners.
