The 2005 Annual General Meeting for Caltex Australia Limited was held at 10:00am today (27 April 2005). At the Annual General Meeting shareholders passed resolutions to approve an increase in the board remuneration pool for non-executive directors, to elect John Thorn, William (Bill) Hauschildt and Mitchell (Mitch) Rubenstein as directors, and to re-elect Richard (Dick) Warburton as a director.
