Appointment of Alternate Director - Brant Fish

The Board today approved the appointment of Brant Fish as an alternate director for Bill Hauschildt. Brant is also an alternate director for Mitch Rubinstein.

Brant serves as General Manager of Supply and Optimization, Asia Pacific for ChevronTexaco Inc., based in Singapore. In this role he has accountability for overall earnings and optimisation across the Asia Pacific downstream supply chain - from refinery crude supply to marketing sales.

Directors' Interests
The disclosures required under the ASX Listing Rules in relation to the director's interests for Brant Fish (Appendix 3X) were lodged when he was appointed an alternate director for Mitch Rubinstein on 27 April 2005. There have been no changes in Brant's interests since that time.
