On 21 March 2006, Caltex Australia Limited announced the appointment of Mr Des King as the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of Caltex Australia with effect from 1 May 2006. The disclosures in relation to Mr King's interests in the shares of Caltex Australia Limited as at 1 May 2006 are set out in the attached Appendix 3X.

Mr Dave Reeves, the previous Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer, resigned as a director of Caltex Australia Limited with effect from 30 April 2006. The disclosures in relation to Mr Reeves' interests in the shares of Caltex Australia Limited as at 30 April 2006 are set out in the attached Appendix 3Z.

Mr Ken Watson retired as a director at the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting on 27 April 2006. The disclosures in relation to Mr Watson's interests in the shares of Caltex Australia Limited as at 27 April 2006 are set out in the attached Appendix 3Z.
