Caltex Australia Limited's results for the half year ended 30 June 2008 are attached for release to the market. The 2008 half year results announcement comprises:

• the 2008 Half Year Report and 2008 Half Year Financial Report (see attached document), which are given to the ASX as half year information under ASX Listing Rule 4.2A (and incorporate the information set out in Appendix 4D); and
