The Board has appointed Ms Katie King, Assistant Company Secretary, as a second company secretary of Caltex Australia Limited (Caltex) with effect from today.  Ms King replaces Mr John Willey who has resigned as a second company secretary of Caltex with effect from 26 October 2011.

Mr Peter Lim continues to serve as Company Secretary of Caltex.
