The small monthly charge for Caltex Roadside Assistance will be

Eligible Vehicles
Vehicles eligible are all passenger, 4x4 recreational and light
commercial vehicles under 3,500 Kg GVM (excluding payload at the
time of breakdown) which are not greater than 2.5 metres wide, 6.0
metres in length and with a wheel span less than 1.8 metres.
Coverage
- Mechanical breakdowns
Minor breakdown related repairs. If it is not possible to fix your
car by the side of the road or if repairing the problem could
affect your vehicle's warranty, your vehicle will be towed.
- Flat batteries*
Jump starting of a flat battery. Replacement batteries available
and can be charged to your card.
- Emergency fuel*
Provision of emergency fuel (where government regulations permit)
or transport of vehicle to nearest refuelling station.
- Key lockouts*
Arranging a locksmith to attend.
- Wheel changing
Inflation of a flat tyre or replacement of a flat tyre with the
vehicle's serviceable spare.
- Towing (20km free)
If your vehicle cannot be fixed roadside, it will be towed for up
to 20km free to a Caltex nominated repairer. Any costs incurred
towing to a location outside the 20km radius can be charged to your
card.
*Products/additional services at the
customer's cost. If it is not possible to fix your car by the side
of the road or if repairing the problem could affect your vehicle's
warranty, your vehicle will be towed.

What extra services do you get from StarFleetPlus
compared to StarFleet?
A StarFleet card will reduce your administration by
allowing you to pay for fuel and vehicle servicing with the one
card. StarFleetPlus is a complete fleet management solution
designed to help you manage your vehicles so you can manage your
business. It also allows you to pay for vehicle servicing and
repairs, but the expenditure is controlled through
pre-authorisation of repairs by the StarFleet Maintenance
Controllers. Some of the other services available with
StarFleetPlus include - detailed monthly ATO-approved reports, and
fleet management advice, as well as purchase/disposal, toll and
fine management. StarFleet and StarFleetPlus provide you with
access to a network of over 2,400 merchants with pre-negotiated
rates for parts and labour.
Where can I get a list of StarFleet and StarFleetPlus
merchants?
You can see a list of StarFleet merchants under Find a Service Station.
To report a lost, stolen or damaged card, who do I
call?
If your card is lost stolen, please report it immediately by
calling 1300 365 096. Lost, stolen or damaged cards will be
replaced subject to a replacement charge. Your replacement card
will be available to you within 3 to 5 working days.
My address has changed. Who do I notify?
