Texando FO 20 EP LF is a premium, heavy
duty industrial bearing grease suitable for use over a wide
temperature range It is based on a calcium complex thickener, ISO
100 mineral oil, an extreme pressure additive, high temperature
anti oxidants and corrosion inhibitors and is yellow brown in
colour with a smooth, tacky texture.
Plain and anti friction bearings in high temperature industrial
Rolling and casting machinery in steel and other metals
Rotary cement kiln shafts.
Extrusion presses, calenders and other rolling equipment in rubber,
plastics and paper manufacturing.
Other industrial applications where equipment may be subject to
high temperatures, heavy loads and/or water wash out.
Washing and pressing machines in commercial laundries.
Suitable for centralised lubrication systems.
Usable temperature range in continuous service is -30 to
Maximum temperature for short term exposure is 250°C.
Very high dropping point
reduces leakage from bearings at elevated temperatures. Tacky
calcium complex thickener resists wash out even under conditions of
mildly acidic or alkaline boiling water.
Reduces running costs:
Superior thermal and
oxidative stability extends grease service life.
Saves on maintenance:
EP additive protects against
bearing wear in heavily loaded conditions. Effective rust and
corrosion inhibitors protect bearing surfaces, even in conditions
of severe water exposure.
over wide temperature range permits use in many industrial
applications, reducing the number of different greases
Approved by SKF as Class V grease. Passes SKF R2F bearing test at
Recommended by Voest-Alpine for use in its steel mill continuous
