A lithium complex grease formulated with high viscosity base oils, EP additives, rust and oxidation inhibitors and Molybdenum disulfide.
Strong tackiness promotes good adherence. Designed for slow to medium speed bearings. Suitable for heavy-duty industrial, mining, construction and agricultural equipment, particularly where high loads and shock loads are encountered.

Usable temperature range in continuous service is -20 to 130°C
Maximum temperature for short term exposure is 220°C.

BENEFITS
Saves maintenance costs
Effective EP additive, high base fluid viscosity and molybdenum disulfide solid lubricant film protect against component wear under severe and shock loading. Rust and corrosion inhibitors protect metal surfaces, even in conditions of severe water exposure.
Minimises losses
Heavy base oil and tackiness minimises leakage and fling off and provides superior adhesion on pins and shackle joints. High dropping point minimizes leakage at elevated temperatures
Minimises downtime
Excellent oxidation resistance ensures long grease life. Natural water resistance of the lithium complex thickener, very effective tackiness properties and the additional molybdenum disulfide solid film lubricant prevent lubricant failure, even under the wettest conditions.
Ease of Application
Good pumpability characteristics of the lithium complex thickener provide suitable flow properties for most centralized lubrication system applications.
Minimizes inventory costs
Multipurpose capability allows use in a wide range of heavy-duty industrial applications where a higher oil viscosity is preferred.

SERVICE CONSIDERATIONS

The inclusion of molybdenum disulfide provides an extra measure of protection under shock loading which is very common in construction, off-highway transport, and agricultural usage.  During heavy shock loading, the lubricant film between metal surfaces can be temporarily ruptured or squeezed out.  When using Mine Grease Premium, some molybdenum disulfide stays in place as a solid film lubricant to protect metal surfaces, even under extreme shock loading conditions, preventing metal-to-metal contact which could cause component damage.  The presence of molybdenum disulfide is also valuable in dirty environments, or when proper re-greasing intervals cannot be followed.

Not recommended for constant-velocity joints on front wheel drive vehicles.

A Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) is available for each product. Users should consult the MSDS, follow the precautions outlined and comply with all laws and regulations concerning its use and disposal. Used packaging material should not be incinerated or exposed to flame. After use, protect your environment. Do not pollute drains, soil or water with used product.
