Delo Synthetic Transmission Fluid SAE 50
Categories: Gear Oils - Heavy Duty

Delo Synthetic Transmission Fluid is a heavy duty truck synthetic manual transmission fluid specially formulated for extended drain and severe service.
It is manufactured from synthesized hydrocarbon base fluids which have excellent thermal and oxidation stability, a high natural viscosity index, and a low pour point. Since it is highly stable when exposed to severe heat, it provides exceptional high temperature lubrication for extended drain intervals.
Delo Synthetic Transmission Fluid's outstanding low temperature flow properties and natural high viscosity index provides superior all-climate, year-round performance in heavy duty truck transmissions. Its use permits easier shifting in extremely cold weather and less drag and gear wear during startup. When using Delo Synthetic Transmission Fluid there is a potential for fuel economy savings.

RECOMMENDED FOR

Delo Synthetic Transmission Fluid is recommended North American type, heavy duty non-synchronised manual transmissions, such as those manufactured by Eaton, ArvinMeritor & Mack. It is specially suitable where operating conditions are severe or where equipment must operate in extremely hot or cold climates.
This product is not recommended for use as an engine crankcase oil. and is not suitable where extreme pressure gear lubricants are specified.

PRODUCT BENEFITS

Minimizes operating costs
Rapid circulation and reduced drag on gears reduces gear wear, and provides the potential for fuel economy benefits.
Reduces maintenance
Excellent thermal and oxidative stability reduces deposit formation under severe operating conditions. This keeps gears and bearings cleaner, preventing oil film disruption which can result in increased wear rates. Effective anti-rust additives protect transmission components. High oxidation stability provides extended drain intervals.
Minimizes inventory costs
Naturally high viscosity index ensures effective lubrication over a wide range of temperatures. This allows use in a variety of applications, and eliminates any need for separate summer and winter grade gear oils.
Reduces driver fatigue
Excellent low temperature fluidity allows easy engagement of gears under cold start conditions.
