
- Do I need to have my current card replaced?
No. Your current StarCard will still be accepted at the same locations. If you have a Gold StarCard or StarFleet card these merchants will continue to accept the current card design.
- What extra services do you get from StarFleetPlus compared to StarFleet?
A StarFleet card will reduce your administration by allowing you to pay for fuel and vehicle servicing with the one card.
StarFleetPlus is a complete fleet management solution designed to help you manage your vehicles so you can manage your business. It also allows you to pay for vehicle servicing and repairs, but the expenditure is controlled through pre-authorisation of repairs by the StarFleet Maintenance Controllers. Some of the other services available with StarFleetPlus include - detailed monthly reporting, exception reporting and accident management.
- Can I use my new card at Caltex Woolworths & Safeway?
Yes. The new card designs are accepted at the same locations as the current card designs.
- Where can I get a list of StarFleet merchants?
You can see a list of StarFleet merchants under 'Find a Service Station' at www.caltex.com.au. If you would like a booklet to keep in the car you can call StarFleet on 1300 656 014.
- Is this just a new design or will my new card have some new features?
We've given the cards a fresh new look, yet the services and benefits you expect remain exactly the same. Use it with confidence wherever you use your current card.
- Can I upgrade my StarCard to a StarFleet or StarFleetPlus card?

- When will I receive a new card with this design?
You will receive a card with the new design when you current card expires or is re-issued because it's damaged or lost.
