Link your StarCard to Xero to make life easier at tax time
StarCard helps Australian businesses streamline the management of vehicle-related expenses, saving customers’ time to spend elsewhere on their business. With our Xero partnership, StarCard customers can integrate their StarCard account with Xero*. It’s the first fuel card in Australia to integrate directly with Xero in this way.
This means StarCard customers can have their fuel and in store purchases automatically uploaded to Xero. A copy of their monthly tax invoice will also be sent to Xero providing the business with a tax-approved record of StarCard expenditure.

The end of the financial year is a busy time for any business. By linking your StarCard account to Xero, you can make life easier for you or your advisor during this crucial period.
Once linked, all your monthly transactions will be consolidated into one place and conveniently sent directly to Xero, providing a tax approved record of your StarCard expenditure to be used by you or your advisor.
No additional costs
For existing StarCard customers, there’s no charge to link your account with your current Xero account via myCaltex and no change to how you currently pay your monthly StarCard invoice.
If you don’t have access to myCaltex, simply visit myCaltex to register and your account will be opened within 48 hours.
